For 8 years, we enjoyed the food from our favorite restaurant in Warren. While we were upset to find that management would be closing its doors in Warren to open up Café Fiori in Randolph, we were excited for their new endeavor. The food, service, and atmosphere at Café Fiori has surpassed all of our previous dining experiences. Warren's loss is certainly Randolph's gain!

Dining at Café Fiori was a delight! The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the service was both attentive and charming. The menu offers an array of culinary delights which made it difficult to select just one! Always good to have a husband willing to share. The sesame crusted tuna was delicious, as was the veal saltimbocca. The pasta was as good as Mama makes. We will definitely be back soon and often!

As I mentioned to you today at lunch, I'm going to let everyone know that your restaurant is a well-kept secret. I'm going to shout about it from the tree tops and when my friends and I want to go out the next time to celebrate another one of life's milestones, we will head over to your restaurant. (I hope I remember to bring a bottle or two of our favorite vino)! The Veal Scaloppini with the mushrooms and a Barolo red wine sauce that I had for lunch was magnificent. Since I brought half of it home, I will be able to savor its deliciousness later this evening.

Based strictly on the number of restaurants, Italian may be the most popular cuisine in New Jersey. Some seem stamped from a mold, offering the same menus and the same dishes. Others, Like Cafe Fiori, are more distinctive. The rectangular dining room at this friendly neighborhood restaurant is bright and happy, immersed with the appetizing aromas of bread, herbs and olive oil. Good-natured waiters seem to tumble over themselves in an effort to be first to serve your table, asking whether you have enough bread. (My personal favorite, waiter Bruno, a true gentleman of the old school) This fabulous BYOB restaurant in Randolph is a rare find!
Greeting guests at the door are Owners Hysni (Caesar) and Brunilda Lushaj. They welcome you into their restaurant as if they were welcoming you into their home. They set the scene for the truly wonderful meal.
When one orders, you immediately realize that you are not bound by the menu, substitutions are readily offered. The goal of the chef and owner is make sure you have the best food, cooked to your liking bound only by your desires.
The menu, along with nightly specials is, outstanding. Don’t miss the Seafood Salad starter, homemade Gnocchi in a light pesto sauce and the veal chop is delightful.
I have entertained friends numbering 30 to intimate meals of 2 or 4, all result in magnificent dining experience.
Take a great bottle of Montelpucino, make a reservation and enjoy!
